Hard Drive & Storage Protection (For HDD-based Systems) - AI data centers process massive workloads, often using high-density storage arrays. Vibrations can degrade HDD performance, leading to read/write errors and potential failures. While SSDs are more resistant, many AI centers still use HDDs for archival storage.
Cooling System Efficiency - High-performance AI workloads generate more heat, requiring advanced cooling (liquid or air). Fan vibrations can indicate bearing wear or imbalance, leading to cooling inefficiencies. Pumps in liquid cooling systems must also be monitored for mechanical vibrations that could signal impending failure.
Server Rack & Structural Integrity - Large-scale AI GPUs and TPUs generate heat and sometimes cause thermal expansion, leading to subtle movements. Small, Smart, high-precision sensors placed on racks, cooling fans, HDD storage, and power systems to detect micro-vibrations. The sensors are equipped with onboard high resolution controller to perform edge computing of FFT calculations and continuously output measured data to the central monitoring console.
Wired and Wireless & IoT Integration – Connects to a central monitoring dashboard via Wi-Fi/USB/RS485, enabling remote real-time monitoring.
